Mandatory Requirements:



1. At least three years radio network planning and optimization experience;

2. Fluent in English speaking, Russian preferred;

3. Familiar with Huawei SRAN GSM/UMTS equipment parameter configuration and optimization;

4. Has the project experience with Huawei 2G/3G rollout/swap project;

5. Good at 2G/3G network problem trouble shooting.



Optional:



6. Be capable to use Atoll to make the 3G sites RF, parameter planning and data configuration

7. Good at the drive test log analysis

8. Be capable act as team leader to control the RNO delivery for a big region, like Dt management, customer communication about the plan and technical problems.
