установка параметров STN в RBS 2409 — Общие вопросы, касающиеся принципов работы GSM-сетей

Есть проблема.
Не могу создать MO E1T1Interface. Пишет не могу создать.

Ethernetipnerface - enable
ipinterface - enable,
Superchannel- enable
а вот TGTransport - disable , и соотв STN - disable,

мож у кого была такая проблема?
