Is there anybody have any idea, solution, reference, source code or else to retrieve the BSIC / Cell ID every Neigbor Cells within smartphone NOKIA/Sony Ericsson ?

from this article (TEMS Pocket GSM for T68i Manual guide pdf),

it says that BSIC = Cell ID,
actually the vital information i Need is to retrieve Cell ID every neighbor cells, not only for the serving cell cid.

few months ago i've try netmonitor TEMS on T68i and that application could show the cell id or BSIC every neighbor cells so i think it is very possible to get it values.

i have ever heard that smartphone such as k800i with TEMS in it could retrieve it too. if i was not wrong K800i is based on symbian either.

so perhaps, you know the reference or source code to retrieve it?
perhaps in open source code or in this forum

BSIC it is not equal Cell ID. BSIC+BCCH unequivocally define the cell identifier within one LAC.
In DEDICATED mode we can see BSIC's those neighbours whom the mobile station can read, in any phone. At least in my practice in IDLE mode Cell ID can displayd only Iphone.
